The Non-Industrial Operations and Petrochemical Services Company was established in 1990 with the aim of serving the employees of petrochemical subsidiary companies in Mahshahr and freeing production companies from performing service work to focus on production by covering cultural, educational, service, transportation, and real estate activities. The company's scope of activities includes managing the Besat Township in Mahshahr Industrial Zone, airport, cultural, educational and sports facilities, clubs and dormitories, Eram Park, as well as implementing some civil projects. Additionally, maintaining organizational facilities in industrial areas, especially Besat and Chamran Townships and Mahshahr Industrial Zone, with more than 6,000 residential and organizational units, is considered one of the major service responsibilities of this company.

Municipal Services: Providing municipal services such as water and sewage, consumer gas, planting and maintenance of green spaces, preservation and maintenance, and generally managing and developing residential complexes are the responsibilities of the Non-Industrial Operations Company.
