According to the company’s public relations office, the planned increase will see Bandar Imam’s capital rise from 60 trillion rials to over 120 trillion rials. The funding will be sourced from retained earnings and allocated to finance development projects under the Bandar Imam Novin initiative, as well as investments in subsidiaries including Almas Mahshahr Petrochemical and Hoveizeh Gas Refining Company.
The company had previously doubled its capital in late 2024, raising it from 26 trillion rials to 60 trillion rials.
