According to the company’s public relations office, the Iranian Management Association praised Shahid Tondguyan Petrochemical Company for its targeted, knowledge-driven management and its success in embedding a culture of learning, innovation, and digital transformation within the organization.
During the closing ceremony held at Khatam University on October 7, representatives Abdollah Sheikhnejad, Head of Research and Development, and Razavi Dizaji, Head of Planning, IT, and Management Systems, accepted the award on behalf of the company’s CEO and staff.
The KM4D model, jointly developed by the Iranian Management Association and the Austrian Knowledge Management Association, evaluates organizations across six dimensions: leadership, culture, knowledge, process, sustainability, and innovation.
