According to PGPIC’s public relations office, the group announced new leadership appointments across six subsidiaries—Pars Petrochemical Company, Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company, Hengam Petrochemical Company, Shahid Tondgouyan Petrochemical Company, Mobin Energy Persian Gulf Company, and Fajr Energy Persian Gulf Company. The move follows extensive evaluations by specialized working groups aimed at accelerating the holding’s growth in line with global technologies and market needs.
PGPIC CEO Mohammad Shariatmadari underscored that the criteria behind the appointments included internal capacity development, expertise, meritocracy, and the promotion of younger professionals. He said these changes mark the start of a new era of transformation within Iran’s largest petrochemical holding.
Pars Petrochemical Company
Karim Pahlevani, who holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Management (Production and Operations) from the University of Tehran, was appointed CEO of Pars Petrochemical Company. His career includes leadership roles at Apadana Petrochemical Company, Amir Kabir Petrochemical Company, Anahita Oil Refining Company, National Iranian Steel Group, and chairmanship of Saba Energy Holding.
Mobin Energy Persian Gulf Company
Mohammad Hashem Najafi, a Ph.D. graduate in Management with previous experience as CEO of Jam Petrochemical Company, PadJam Polymer Development Company, and Gohar Ofogh Industrial Park Development, was named CEO of Mobin Energy Persian Gulf Company.
Fajr Energy Persian Gulf Company
Seyed Mohammad Ahmadzadeh, also a Ph.D. holder in Management, became CEO of Fajr Energy Persian Gulf Company. He previously led Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company, Khuzestan Petrochemical Company, Faravareh Company, and Besparan Petrochemical Company.
Shahid Tondgouyan Petrochemical Company
Maziar Madouli, with a master’s degree in Chemistry and a career spanning positions as deputy complex manager, commercial manager, technical services manager, and project manager within the same company, was appointed CEO of Shahid Tondgouyan Petrochemical Company.
Hengam Petrochemical Company
Seyed Abdolmajid Khaksar, who earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry and previously served as complex manager at Nouri Petrochemical Company, head of technical services, and R&D director at Nouri, was named CEO of Hengam Petrochemical Company.
Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company
Mohammad Javad Badri, with a master’s degree in Management and previous leadership at Takht Jamshid Petrochemical Company, Kimia Pars Petrochemical Company, Fanavaran Petrochemical Company, and Khorasan Petrochemical Company, was appointed CEO of Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company.
