According to the company’s Public Relations Office, Fajr successfully completed a multi-day assessment process, resulting in the issuance of the international risk management certificate and the renewal of seven other critical certifications. The evaluation involved the active participation of 135 managers and experts from 32 organizational units across the company.
The audit process was conducted by the assessment team of Novin Amooz, the official representative of the internationally recognized certification body DQS. In addition to the newly awarded risk management certificate, the audit confirmed the renewal of certifications in quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, the integrated HSE management system, energy management, as well as product conformity certificates for argon, liquid nitrogen, and liquid oxygen.
During the closing session, international auditors commended Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Company performance and formally recommended the issuance and renewal of the certifications. They cited the institutionalization of risk management across all activities, strong integration and alignment of management systems, preventive and program-based environmental performance, continuous improvement in employee safety and health, effective energy consumption management, and scientific root-cause analysis of incidents to prevent recurrence as the company’s key strengths.
