Continuous Training, Teamwork Key to Enhancing Safety and Firefighting: Official

MAHSHAHR, September 30 (PGPIC) – On Iran’s National Safety and Firefighting Day, Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company CEO Sepahdar Ansari-Nik praised the efforts of the company’s safety and firefighting staff, stressing that continuous training and teamwork are the foundation of advancing safety standards.

According to the company’s public relations office, Ansari-Nik honored the bravery and sacrifices of firefighters, underlining the critical role of safety in industrial environments. He described National Safety and Firefighting Day as an opportunity to review achievements, assess readiness, and plan effectively for the future.

Highlighting safety measures at Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company, he noted that the company has worked to upgrade equipment and infrastructure to align with global standards, urging colleagues to follow the same approach in developing machinery and safety systems.

As vice chairman of the board, Ansari-Nik identified workforce development as a top priority. He emphasized that boosting firefighters’ motivation and morale, alongside strengthening their skills, plays a pivotal role in the company’s success.

He further underscored the importance of teamwork, effective leadership, constant vigilance, and agility in decision-making and rapid response. “These qualities must be advanced to global standards through continuous training and investment in modern technologies,” he said.
