According to the company’s public relations office, Hassan Neshanzadeh-Moghadam, accompanied by senior managers from supply chain, marketing and sales, finance, legal affairs, HSE, human resources, security, and the flare gas recovery project team, conducted a field visit to several key sites—including Aghajari-2 and its power station, Aghajari-3, Rag Sefid-1, Pazanan-1, Cluster No. 5, the receiver system, Pazanan recovery facilities, and NGL-1000—to review the projects’ latest technical and operational progress.
During the inspection, the CEO underscored the urgent need to expedite equipment procurement, customs clearance, and supply-chain processes, noting that timely availability of materials is essential to keeping the projects on schedule. He described these actions as the primary drivers of progress in meeting national flare-reduction objectives.
Neshanzadeh highlighted the strategic importance of these projects for flare minimization, environmental protection, operational efficiency, and stable gas transfer to the refinery, stressing that flawless implementation is vital to fulfilling the obligations outlined in the Seventh Development Plan.
He also referenced directives issued by President Pezeshkian calling for rapid reduction of gas flaring and swift commissioning of associated projects, emphasizing that coordinated action across all departments is necessary to meet the approved timelines.
Project teams reported notable progress in several segments, including Aghajari-2, while contractors such as Sekaf provided updates on pipeline status. The CEO instructed all units to prioritize completion of remaining phases in the shortest possible time.
Neshanzadeh further issued immediate directives to eliminate operational bottlenecks identified during the field assessment, ensuring uninterrupted progress toward full commissioning of all sites with the required speed and precision.
He concluded by noting that the flare gas recovery projects constitute one of Bidboland Persian Gulf’s most strategic initiatives this year. Their successful execution, he said, will not only enhance value creation and strengthen the company’s production capacity but also play a decisive role in supporting the government’s macro policies, safeguarding the environment, and fulfilling national commitments under the Seventh Development Plan.
