According to the company’s public relations office, Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company achieved its highest feedstock intake in eight years, receiving more than 2 million tons in the first half of 2025 — a 12% increase compared to the same period last year.
The company also recorded a remarkable operational milestone, with NGL feedstock exceeding 1.35 million tons, and on some days reaching an unprecedented level of around 120,000 barrels per day. This stable supply has ensured the continuous operation and reliability of the plant’s production units.
In exports, the company achieved another major success, shipping over 1 million tons of petrochemical products to international markets — a 46% increase year-on-year. The export revenues surpassed $585 million, underscoring Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s vital role in foreign currency generation and supporting Iran’s national economy.
Development projects at the company have also progressed notably. The Ethane Pre-Separation Unit has reached 78% completion, while the power plant control and instrumentation upgrade stands at 58%, and the chlorine engineering project has achieved 54% progress, all moving steadily toward completion.
