According to the company’s public relations office, the manufacturing and performance testing of three Decoking Compressor Packages—each with a discharge pressure of 9 bar and a production capacity of 22,000 kilograms per hour—have been completed with full success. These advanced units play a vital role in cleaning and maintaining the olefin plant’s process lines, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
The equipment is now prepared for transport to the Almas Mahshahr Olefin site, located within the Mahshahr Special Economic Petrochemical Zone.
As a national megaproject, the Almas Olefin plant is expected to significantly boost the country’s ethylene production capacity and enhance the value chain of Iran’s petrochemical industry once operational, contributing to greater self-sufficiency and industrial growth.
