According to the company’s Public Relations Office, the AGM included the presentation of the Board of Directors’ performance report for the fiscal year ending March 19, 2025, followed by the auditor and legal inspector's reports. The financial statements for the period were reviewed and approved by the assembly.
The meeting also approved a cash dividend of 110 IRR per share for the fiscal year.
During an Extraordinary General Meeting held in parallel, shareholders voted in favor of amending the company’s articles of association to add crowdfunding activities as a secondary line of business.
