According to the company's Public Relations Office, the Annual General Assembly of Pazargad was held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. The company presented a comprehensive report highlighting its strong performance in supporting production and improving services for the industry, employees, and their families throughout the South Pars region.
Key initiatives undertaken during the year included: Conducting a diagnostic study to identify and rectify organizational process inefficiencies; Implementing a job classification system after a 12-year hiatus to enhance human resource productivity; Calculating the cost price of services to ensure financial transparency and improve revenue flows; Reforming procurement and contract mechanisms for greater efficiency; Expanding air transport coverage from 6 to 14 destinations; Deploying a customer relationship management (CRM) system and stakeholder satisfaction survey framework; Developing a regional fiber-optic communication network to enhance connectivity and security; Launching the "Petro Card" project in South Pars to address staff welfare needs; Enhancing per capita access to sports, education, and housing infrastructure in employee zones
Pazargad’s outstanding performance earned the company top national recognition: First place in Total Factor Productivity among service, welfare, and tourism firms in the IMI100 Award by the Industrial Management Institute of Iran; 4-star Organizational Excellence Award in the 11th Petrochemical Industry Excellence Awards; Certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 for quality, environment, and occupational health & safety; Excellence in Public Relations award at the International Symposium of Iran’s Top PR Organizations, particularly for cultural and religious events management.
During the AGM, the company’s audited financial statements received an unqualified opinion, affirming its financial health. Shareholders and board members commended the leadership and staff of Pazargad for their integral role in supporting the region’s petrochemical industry.
