Interactive Workshops and Gamified Training Launched to Identify and Cultivate Talent at Shahid Tondgouyan Petrochemical Co.

Tehran, August 3, (PGPIC) — Shahid Tondgouyan Petrochemical Company has launched a new wave of interactive, gamified training workshops as part of a strategic initiative to identify, develop, and promote employee capabilities across the organization.

According to the company’s public relations, the Talent Identification and Educational Planning Center of the complex has completed a multi-month assessment program aimed at mapping the capabilities and training needs of employees across departments. The program is a joint effort by the company’s Human Resources Department and the Training Planning and Coordination Unit.

Iman Kazemi-Nasab, acting head of the company’s human resources, said the initiative was carried out using workshop-based learning combined with gamification techniques, where educational content is delivered through engaging, interactive activities and healthy competition to enhance learning impact and enjoyment.

“Following the completion of the talent assessment process, we now have a clear picture of individual strengths and learning needs,” Kazemi-Nasab stated. “We are designing tailored training programs using modern methods such as interactive workshops, gamification, and participatory and role-play-based learning techniques,” he added.

He also announced that approximately 350 employees were assessed during the talent identification phase, and a number of high-potential individuals were selected for further development. “These individuals will soon be enrolled in succession planning, skill development, and promotion tracks,” he noted.

Nasim Maddahi, human resources consultant in charge of training at the company also highlighted the innovative nature of the initiative. “Based on the results from the talent center, a series of specialized training programs are being planned. These programs are grounded in workshop models and gamified learning frameworks, designed not only to improve technical knowledge and skill levels but also to boost motivation and active participation among employees,” she said.

The training sessions are expected to launch in the near future, with the anticipated impact of enhancing organizational performance and productivity.
