Following the approval, the company has officially rebranded as “Pishgaman Sarmayeh Khalij-e-Fars Financial Group” (Persian Gulf Capital Pioneers Group), marking a strategic step toward expanding its financial services portfolio, improving efficiency, and creating added value across PGPIC’s operations.

The transformation was made possible through sustained efforts by the company’s executives, board members, and staff. The rebranding was formally registered with Tehran’s Company Registration Office.

PGPIC said the move aligns with its broader strategic goals to enhance the group’s financial infrastructure, bolster support for its affiliated companies and projects, and foster greater synergies in investment activities.

Under its new mandate, Persian Gulf Capital Pioneers Financial Group aims to leverage specialized expertise, innovative financial tools, and active engagement with Iran’s capital markets to play a more pivotal role in the group’s value chain.
