The initiative was launched under the directive of the holding’s CEO to enhance the performance management system and support long-term capability building across its affiliated companies.
A series of high-level meetings have been held with the participation of Keyvan Ilka, PGPIC board member, senior executive advisors, headquarters managers, and CEOs of subsidiary companies. These sessions focused on reviewing and validating performance targets and process indicators aligned with the PCSR (Planning, Control, Support, Results) model criteria.
Participants evaluated the subsidiaries’ progress in achieving last year’s capability development goals and set strategic targets for the current year in various operational domains.
PGPIC believes that the implementation of the PCSR-based capability development model will significantly enhance organizational agility, improve efficiency, and better align subsidiary performance with the group’s overarching strategic objectives.
