In a speech to the assembled workers and management, Ali Zal-Khani emphasized that the success of the Fajr brand, and the sustainability of its production, could not have been achieved without the tireless efforts of its workforce. The event, held at the company’s prayer hall in Zone 2, also featured the recognition of 20 exemplary workers for their contributions.
Zal-Khani reiterated the importance of mutual trust between management and staff, stressing the company’s commitment to upholding employees’ rights and improving their well-being. “The success of Fajr is the result of collective effort and cohesion among employees, and we remain committed to addressing all concerns fairly and in accordance with the law,” he said.
The CEO also highlighted Fajr Energy's vital role in the petrochemical industry value chain, assuring that there were no concerns regarding the enforcement of labor laws or the payment of wages and benefits. “Our priority remains the defense of employees' rights and the preservation of the company’s human capital,” he added.
Zal-Khani encouraged employees to actively participate in skills and sports competitions, with the company offering financial support for these initiatives. He expressed hope that the coming years would see the ceremony marked by even greater enthusiasm and success.
The event concluded with the recognition of outstanding employees from various departments, who were awarded monetary prizes and certificates of appreciation. Additionally, winners of the company's sports competitions, which took place across six disciplines during the week, were also honored.
