“In today’s environment, where crude exports face numerous limitations, shifting toward high-value-added products and innovation is a strategic necessity for economic resilience and sustainable growth,” he said.
He further highlighted that tax exemptions are a key incentive for encouraging private-sector investment in technology. Turning raw materials into final products not only boosts foreign currency earnings and job creation but also contributes to industrial self-sufficiency and reduced import dependency.
The CEO concluded by affirming that enhancing Iran’s position in the global petrochemical value chain is a national goal, and the Arvand-CVC partnership represents a constructive step in that direction.
